By enrolling in any course or accessing any paid content offered through The Law, Read Slowly, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Access

Access to the course is provided on a strictly time-bound subscription basis. This grants you a limited and non-transferable right to view the lecture content for your personal use during your active access period. No ownership or permanent rights in the content are transferred to you at any point.

Delivery of Access

Access to the lecture library will be provided via email within 12–18 hours of payment verification. Access is strictly linked to the email address used at the time of enrolment and cannot be transferred, reassigned, or shared with any other person. You are responsible for ensuring that you provide an accurate and active email address at the time of enrolment.

Platform Changes

The method of accessing lectures may evolve over time as the platform develops. This may include changes in the mode of delivery, the interface through which lectures are accessed, or the underlying hosting or streaming system. Such changes are part of ongoing improvements to the platform and will not affect your entitlement to access during your active subscription period. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable instructions provided to facilitate such transition.

Permitted Use

All lectures, materials, and associated content are provided strictly for personal viewing purposes only. You expressly agree that you will not download, copy, reproduce, record, screen-record, distribute, share, forward, publish, transmit, upload, broadcast, or otherwise make the content available to any third party in any manner whatsoever. You shall not use the content for any commercial purpose, including teaching, coaching, or redistribution in any form.

Breach and Liability

Any unauthorised use, access, reproduction, or distribution of the content constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without any refund. In addition, such actions may attract civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws, and we reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.

Confidentiality of Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and ensuring that your access is not misused. Any activity carried out using your access credentials or through your authorised email shall be deemed to have been carried out by you.

Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted, no requests for cancellation, refund, or partial refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

Access Period

Your access remains valid only for the duration specified at the time of enrolment. Upon expiry of the access period, your rights to access the course content shall automatically terminate unless renewed. Continued access beyond the validity period is not permitted without renewal.

Platform Availability

While all reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that access will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or third-party service dependencies. Such interruptions shall not constitute a breach of our obligations and shall not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, content, or access method at any time, without prior notice, in order to improve the overall experience or address operational requirements.

Updates to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mandi Dabwali, India.
